Your trip begins in Ston, a town famous for its impressive defensive walls and centuries-old saltworks. Spend some time exploring the town, enjoying a coffee in one of its cafés, or simply taking in the atmosphere before continuing to Mali Ston Bay.
There, you’ll meet a local oyster farmer and head out onto the bay to discover how oysters have been cultivated for generations. As you cruise through the oyster beds, you’ll watch the oysters being lifted from the sea and opened on board. Paired with a glass of wine, this is a chance to experience one of southern Dalmatia’s best-known delicacies.
Before returning to Dubrovnik, you can visit a local winery and continue discovering the flavours of the Pelješac Peninsula. The day follows a thoughtfully planned route, while leaving room to linger over the moments you enjoy most.
